Verizon’s LG Enlighten appears on Wal-Mart's product catalog, yours for a dollar
We’ve already seen leaked images of the Verizon-bound LG Enlighten, but spotting it once again in Wal-Mart’s product catalog for the week starting August 28th, reassures us that the Gingerbread handset will arrive very soon.
The side sliding full QWERTY LG Enlighten is no groundbreaking stuff - it only packs a 3.2" LCD touchscreen with 320x480 pixels of resolution, 800MHz processor and 3MP camera, but it carries an irresistible price tag - less than a single dollar, or only 97 cents when purchased with a two-year agreement on Big Red.
The Enlighten comes with 3G connectivity, expandable memory via microSD cards and a 1500mAh battery. It’s also expected to hit Sprint, US Cellular and Cellular South later on, but currently, you can empty the piggy bank and still be left with a fortune. Not a bad deal for a smartphone, is it?
