There’s no kidding that AT&T has managed impress gamers seeing with the $49.99 on-contract price for its recently available Sony Ericsson Xperia PLAY 4G, which easily dwarfs the $99.99 price that Verizon is asking its customers for their version.
Fortunately, those Verizon customers that managed to resist the temptation of picking up the Xperia PLAY so far are in for a special surprise today. Well, that’s because Verizon is having a three-day sale on the gaming centric Android powered smartphone, which is priced to impress at free with a 2-year contract. However, this deal can only be nabbed online through Verizon’s web site, but then again, there have been many online retailers selling the handset at that same price for some time now.
Nevertheless, if you’re more comfortable dealing with a carrier directly, as opposed through a third party, then you should really considering taking advantage of this limited time offer. We’re not tell you to twiddle around and think about it, but rather, you’ll need to make a decision quickly because this one is set to expire on October 6th.
