Verizon announces that LG G6 pre-orders begin tomorrow; phone will launch on March 30th
Yesterday, we told you about a leaked internal document meant for Verizon reps to see. The document revealed that Verizon would start taking pre-orders for the LG G6 tomorrow, March 17th. It also gave away information on pricing and listed some promotions that Verizon is offering to those who purchase LG's new flagship phone. Today, Verizon officially confirmed that it will start taking pre-orders for the LG G6 tomorrow, which is St. Patrick's Day in the U.S. The price of the phone is $672, or $28 a month for 24 months using the device payment plan.

According to the note we received from Big Red, the LG G6 will launch on March 30. For a limited time, those who activate an LG G6 on a new line using device payment on Verizon Unlimited, will receive a free LG Smart TV with a 43-inch screen. That is a $349.99 value! If you have a trade-in, certain phones will be worth $200 if you turn over the handset while activating an LG G6 purchased using device payment. Those models eligible to be traded in for $200 include:
You will still have to add a new line or upgrade using Verizon Unlimited.

Lastly, all Verizon customers buying the LG G6 from March 17th through April 30th will be eligible to receive a Google Home smart speaker powered by Google Assistant. All of the promotions are valid while supplies last. Verizon notes that quantities are limited.

As soon as the clock strikes 12 midnight tonight, you can go online and reserve an LG G6. If you prefer to wait until morning, you can visit your local Verizon store to pre-order the handset. Not a Verizon subscriber? AT&T and T-Mobile released information about pricing and release dates for the LG G6 earlier this morning.
