Two HTC Windows Phone 7 handsets clear the FCC
We know the batch of Windows Phone 7 handsets from HTC will include the HTC HD7, HTC Mondrian, HTC Spark, HTC Mozart and the HTC T8788 (Surround). It is hard to tell which is which with the FCC coding scheme, but two WP7 handsets have recently cleared the testing grounds there.
The HTC PD29110 supports WCDMA Band IV, which makes it a good candidate for T-Mobile, and the PD26110 rolls with WCDMA V, thus AT&T seems the final destination.
Now, there are speculations that the PD26110 might actually be the HTC Spark, which was making the rounds a few days ago, and might be unveiled later in November. We will certainly know more after Monday, when AT&T, T-Mobile and HTC are supposed to fill in the knowledge gaps around their Windows Phone 7 handsets.
