The Windows Phone 8 Huawei Ascend W1 is pictured in color, in black and white
Last month, we showed you pictures of the Huawei Ascend W1, the Chinese manufacturer's unannounced first Windows Phone 8 device. The phone was pictured in a Nokia-ish cyan. On Sunday, more pictures of the handset were discovered, and this time the phone was photographed in white and black. The model is expected to get introduced at CES 2013 and will probably be made available in Europe and Asia with T-Mobile a possible destination in the U.S.

The Huawei Ascend W1 is said to be equipped with a 4 inch WVGA display while a dual-core 1.2GHz processor drives the device. 512MB of RAM is on board along with 4GB of native memory. There will be rear and front-facing cameras of 5MP and .3MP respectively and a 2000mAh battery keeping the lights on.

You might recall that recently Huawei and ZTE were accused of spying for the Chinese government. Huawei denied the charges while there was talk that Canada could ban the manufacturer from the country. Meanwhile, the company presses on with its new phones.
