The LG Eve GW620 now available in Canada through Rogers
The LG Eve GW620 does look like an intriguing smartphone and customers of Rogers will be able to get the device for $49.99 if they choose to sign up for a three-year agreement, while people willing to have a contract-free version will have to shell out $399.99. The carrier´s website tells us the cell phone is out of stock at this time, but we guess it will become available to Canadians again very soon.
The LG Eve GW620 is the first Android-based cell phone of the manufacturer and aside from the pretty nice hardware components it equipped with, say 5-megapixel camera, five-row full QWERTY keyboard and 3-inch screen, it also comes with personalized interface that sports unique extra features. The device allows seamless integration of Facebook and Twitter into your phone contacts and all entries can be linked to various pictures using the built-in face recognition engine. More information about the latter function is available in the funny commercials we told you about last week.
