The HTC Legend gets in the spotlight once again
One of the most interesting pieces of news that appeared last week related to the leaked plans of HTC for the first half of 2010. One of the things that we could spot under „Design” there was the name HTC Legend, a handset that is expected to roll out March. The guys over at the blog ai.rs have managed to get their hands on a brand new visual representation of the Android-based device - the image looks more elaborate now and reveals details on the device design. The word has it the phone body will feature optical pad and metal framing. Moreover, rumors are floating about the HTC Legend and some novelties regarding its interface will be officially introduced at MWC 2010 in Barcelona.
There is no new information on the hardware specifications of the handset and it still looks like a revamped version of the HTC Hero – 600MHz processor, 5-megapixel camera with flash, 3.2-inch AMOLED screen with HVGA resolution and support for 16mln colors. Previously leaked documentation also mentions the HTC Legend will be equipped with 256MB RAM, which is actually less than the 288MB of memory the Hero sports. We do hope to see real snapshots and detailed specifications of this thrilling new smartphone soon.
