The Google Pixel is just $5 a month with Verizon's Back to School promotion
It's not even August yet, but already Verizon is pushing out a Back to School promotion starring the Google Pixel, Samsung Galaxy S8 and the Samsung Galaxy S8+. Starting on July 27th, and for a limited time, trade in an eligible handset and the Pixel is only $5 a month. You'll be making a device payment purchase of $420, but receiving $300 credit over 24 months. The phone being traded in must be paid off, and be in good working and cosmetic condition. You must give up your trade at the time you purchase the Pixel.

Verizon will also knock $300 off the price of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8+ starting on July 27th. All you need to do is trade in a fully paid off working phone in good cosmetic condition, and switch to Verizon (or add a new line). The $300 will be applied to your account after 24-months.The countdown for the 24 months starts after 1 to 2 billing cycles. And the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ must be purchased using the device payment plan.

Going back to school after a carefree summer isn't everyone's idea of fun. But you will certainly be taking the edge off by walking through campus clutching your new Google Pixel, Samsung Galaxy S8 or Samsung Galaxy S8+.
