'Tis the season for holiday-theme overload! We've already seen that Moto X and Moto G users are getting a special holiiday-themed boot animation for the season. And now, popular endless-running game Temple Run 2 has released a holiday-themed update that will allow you to even run as mythical fat man, Santa
Claus.
So yeah, we say "holiday-themed", but really this one is all about Christmas. You can unlock Santa for 60 gems, which is actually a very steep price. If you don't have any gems, it will cost you $7 to buy exactly 60 gems ($5 for a 50 gem pack and $1 for each 5 gem pack), or $10 for 150 gems. There are also Santa hats that you can unlock for your characters by collecting all of the Christmas artifacts in the game.
In non-Christmas themed features, the new update also adds a water slide, more mysterious artifacts, and more objectives for your runs. The update is available right now for both Android and iOS.
