Target customers can now pick up an Apple iPad at stores nationwide
Previously, we reported that the second largest retailer, Target, would begin selling the Apple iPad across their stores nationwide on October 3rd. So if you just happen to live in an area where Apple stores or Best Buy locations aren't abundent, then taking a trip to your local Target store might finally ease your shopping needs.
The retailer is one of the few non-Apple retailers to sell the highly prized tablet, which of course is only offered in stores and not online, but they're adding some discount to customers who are holders of Target credit cards. Specifically, they are entitled to receieve a 5 percent discount on any of the six available versions of the iPad – which easily looks good on paper versus the other places where you can scoop one up.
Still, it goes to show that Apple is looking to expand the reach of their popular tablet by teaming up with Target.
