Take a look at the Galaxy S8's... earphones
As announced at Samsung's MWC conference, the earphones will be AKG-branded, as the company recently took ownership of the brand name as part of its acquisition of Harman International. The 'phones are, as expected, of the in-ear variety, with a slightly larger than usual outer body, which may or may not have a positive effect on sound quality, depending on how much AKG actually has to do with them. The cable, unlike previous Samsung headphones, is braided, which would hopefully help against tangling, but the microphone and volume controls are still present just like in previous models.
The images appear to be, as is customary, taken with a potato, though this is one of the few cases where we don't mind as much, as sound quality is much more important than looks. Though, admittedly, the headphones themselves look pretty okay, but we'll withhold further judgement until we can get our hands on a pair.
