After AT&T, T-Mobile just confirmed that it, too, will be selling the brand new
LG G6 in the US. According to the magenta (un)carrier, the smartphone will be available to buy sometime "this spring." The handset's price hasn't been revealed, but we expect it to be around $600 and $700 - that's off contract, of course.
Apparently, T-Mobile will offer the LG G6 only in ice platinum and astro black, so you're out of luck if you want to get the mystic white version of the device.
For customers who just can't wait until the G6 hits shelves, T-Mobile posted a video unboxing of the phone. As you can see above, the video also contains underwater footage shot with the G6's dual rear camera. By the way, this is LG's first global flagship handset that's dust- and water-resistant (IP68-certified), so you'll be able to take it with you pretty much anywhere, in almost any weather conditions.
The LG G6 surprises with its 5.7-inch FullVision Quad HD+ display. The screen has rounded corners, and is housed in a very compact body -
this makes the G6 smaller than many other phones that offer inferior screen sizes.
