T-Mobile's one day promotion would allow customers to get up to 5 free phones

Now that the cat is out of the bag, there are some additional details that are made known surrounding T-Mobile's special one day promotion which is going to happen come June 19th. By now we're familiar with the fact that every phone in their lineup will be made available for free, however, there are some specifics that state what requirements are needed in order to take advantage of this offer. New customers will need to sign up for a family plan that provides for two lines while existing customers on an individual plan will need to convert it into a family plan to get in with the promotion. Essentially you can get up to 5 phones for free – which is amazing when you consider that you can get 5 HTC HD2 smartphones. Just thinking about it right now, you'd save $1,000 if you go with all five of those HTC HD2 handsets as  they're priced originally at $199.99 individually. In an attempt to bolster sales, it will be interesting to see how it all pans out for the carrier as it would naturally try to steer customers into their grasp over the upcoming iPhone 4. As much as the words free will easily attract people, keep in mind that some of the handsets will require you to send in a mail-in-rebate which will eventually make the purchase come out to be free.
