T-Mobile to offer over 8 HTC phones in 2010 - split between WM & Android?
There’s no doubt that there’s a solid relationship between HTC and T-Mobile – we’ve seen the two partners together in getting some of the best devices stateside. When you look back at it, T-Mobile ushered in the era of Android with the G1 and was the first to offer a variant of the Touch Pro2 here. Now one of BGR’s sources is saying that the tandem is looking at around 8 handset to be offered in 2010. The obvious HTC handsets are included in that number such as the myTouch 3G, myTouch 3G Fender Edition, HTC HD2, and some other unknown handsets. The tipster has said that a total of 8 SKUs are lined up for 2010 – which includes current and future product launches. If there’s any indication, we’ll continue to see these two pair up to offer some of the best smartphones around – whether it be a split down the middle between Windows Mobile and Android.
