Swype makes appearance on Windows Phone 7 demo
There is no guarantee that the Swype text entry technology will make it into the final version of Windows Phone 7. The swipe to type program has been spreading like a mutant gene on the Android platform and there is no reason not to expect the same thing to happen on WP7. Right now, the program is just being used on 3M's M2256PW ten-finger multitouch display at the Microsoft Worldwide Partners Conference as you can see below. If you want to see Swype on this gigantic screen in action, you can check out the source link and install Silverlight on your PC. Or, you can take our word for it that it looks just like anyone else using Swype except on a much bigger screen.
