Microsoft reportedly will price the Surface Pro 6 the same as it did last year's model
A few days ago, we showed you some leaked images of the Surface Pro 6. Outside of some more rounded corners, the tablet expected to be unveiled by Microsoft on October 2nd will look very much like the Surface Pro (2017). With that in mind, it should be no surprise that a tweet from tipster Roland Quandt says that we should expect the Surface Pro 6 to be priced the same as last year's model.
That means that the Surface Pro 6 should start at $799 and up. Quandt says that the device will feature updated hardware, which we hope is more than just the addition of the aforementioned rounded corners. There is talk of a new black color option and updated processors. We could see a major redesign of the Surface Pro next year.
In the meantime, keep checking in for late breaking leaks and rumors related to Tuesday's unveiling. And once the Surface Pro 6 is introduced, we will pass along the specs, pricing and availability of the latest Windows 10 flavored Surface slate. Stay tuned.
