Starting Monday, you'll find the Oppo Find 5 in Europe
The word find is part of the name of a quite intriguing high-end smartphone model, the Oppo Find 5. Try to find one in Europe and you most likely would easier find a needle in a haystack. And let's not even talk about availability in the states. But Oppo is changing things in Europe starting tomorrow, when it launches its Oppo Style Europe online store at 11am CEST.
The Oppo Find 5 will be priced at €399/£341 ($515 USD) with free shipping inside the continent. If you click on the sourcelink to visit the site, you'll find a countdown timer that can hypnotize you until the site is officially live on Monday. Oppo brass did a 180 degree turn with its flagship device, because back in December (which does seem like years ago), the word was that Europe would not be seeing the model.
Oppo says that its warehouse is full of "shiny new OPPO Find 5 looking for new homes." Perhaps one will be coming to your house.

In case you've forgotten, we should remind you that the Oppo Find 5 offers a 5 inch LCD screen with 1080 x 1920 (FHD) resolution which results in a 441ppi pixel density. A quad-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro is under the hood with the Adreno 320 GPU. Inside is 2GB of RAM and while there is 16GB of native storage on board, there is no microSD slot on the phone. The 13MP camera captures 1080p video in 30fps and there is a 1.9MP front-facing snapper. The battery, at 2500mAh capacity, should last much of the day. Android 4.1.2 is pre-installed.
