We know that Sprint is gearing up to release the HTC Touch Pro2 on September 8 for all the Windows Mobile fans. There are reports saying that it is being made available for purchase through Sprint's Telesales as of right now. Pricing for the venerable smartphone powerhouse is all over the place – all of it based on your current contract status. One thing that is definite about the whole thing is the $100 mail-in-rebate going along with your purchase and they might even throw in overnight shipping at no cost to you. Even juicer news is that some SERO users were able to order it – but there's no reason to celebrate yet until its confirmed to be capable of being activated on the older plan. It's alleged that they have it in stock and ready for shipment as soon as you get confirmation, but so far there are no tracking numbers provided for the few that have done it so far. We'd expect it to hopefully get shipped out within the usual three to five business days.
