Sony Xperia Z5 size comparison: the new flagship gets compared with its rivals
16comments
The Sony Xperia Z5 is official. After months of leaks and speculation, Sony finally showed us the flagship smartphone it's been working on during the past months.
With the world's fastest autofocusing camera on board, signature OmniBalance design with metal accents, Snapdragon 810 & 3GB of RAM, the device is a well-endowed successor of Sony's previous attempts at launching a flagship in 2015.
Design-wise, the Xperia Z5 doesn't stray much away from Sony's Xperia Z4v, the Xperia Z3+, or the Xperia Z3 in terms of exterior design or dimensions. Clocking in at 5.75 x 2.83 x 0.29 inches (146 x 72 x 7.3 mm) and tipping the scales at 5.43 oz (154gr), the Xperia Z5 is a rather compact device given its display size.
With a screen-to-body size ratio of 71.00%, the Xperia Z5 is not the most efficient Sony devices we've seen. How does it fare against its rivals, like the iPhone 6, Galaxy S6, LG G4? Let's check out!
