Sony Xperia C4 now available in the US via Amazon
Earlier this month, Sony startedshipping the Xperia C4 around the world, though it didn't say anything about a USrelease. But even if the handset won't be officially launched in North America, you can already buy it in the US,thanks to Amazon.
The giant retailer allows US customersto order the Xperia C4 (in either black, or white), for $379. This is theunlocked, international version of the smartphone: it doesn't have US LTE, but it iscompatible with the 3G bands of AT&T and T-Mobile.
Sony presents the Xperia C4 as "theworld's best selfie phone," and that's because the device has a 5 MPfront-facing camera with a wide-angle lens and a soft LED flash for "naturallight." Of course, there's much more than this selfie cam on board of theC4, including: a 13 MP rear camera, a 5.5-inch 1080p display, a 64-bitocta-core MediaTek MTK6752 processor, 2 GB of RAM, and 16 GB of expandablestorage space. The handset runs Android Lollipop, has a 7.9mm-thin body made out of aluminum andglass, and comes with a 2600 mAh battery.
Is anyone here considering buying theSony Xperia C4 (even if it doesn't have LTE in the US)?
