Sony Ericsson Aspen gets previewed on video with Windows Mobile 6.5.3
We’ve been teased with all this information of Windows Mobile 6.5.3 floating around, but the first announced device to sport the latest version of the platform makes a video appearance. The Sony Ericsson Aspen was only announced a few days ago, but the team over at Mobile-review managed to give the world its first look at the smartphone. Not only does the video show off all the curves of the Sony Ericsson Aspen, but it provides an inside view of what to expect with Microsoft’s latest software offering. There’s plenty of graphical eye candy to check out on the device; thankfully there are plenty of nifty looking transition effects when navigating. Finally, the QWERTY keyboard packing Aspen gets sized up against some of its contemporary rivals from Apple, Nokia, and RIM. Still it’s unclear what specific date we can see the Aspen released, but it’s expected to launch in select markets within the second quarter of this year – so it won’t be too long before people can get their hands on this.
