Software update for the OnePlus 5T brings camera and system improvements
OnePlus has just released the incremental OxygenOS 4.7.6 software update for the OnePlus 5T, which brings a neat bunch of improvements to the newest 'flagship killer'. Nevermind that the new features might not be as numerous as some of you would love to see, but they are all related to rather important device functionalities, namely the camera and the overall system stability.
Here's the changelog that translates all the novelties of OxygenOS 4.7.6 in layman terms:
Camera
- Stability improvements
- Clarity improvements for selfie in low light
- Performance improvements for 3rd party camera apps
System
- Added assistive lighting for face unlock
- Improvements for expanded screenshot
- Improvements for Wi-Fi display
- Updated Android security patch to December
As usual with OnePlus, the update will first arrive to a small pool of users, followed by a more widespread rollout soon. As per OnePlus users' reports, the update weighs in at around 90MB.
