Sharp AQUOS Xx introduced with 5.7-inch glass, Snapdragon 810 SoC and 3GB of RAM
On Tuesday, we told you that the Sharp AQUOS Crystal 2 had been unveiled with its 5.2-inch bezel-less display, Snapdragon 400 SoC and water resistant build. Today, Sharp has unveiled the Sharp AQUOS Xx phablet which includes a 5.7-inch bezel-less screen with a 1080 x 1920 resolution. Under the hood is the 64-bit Snapdragon 810 chipset which features an octa-core CPU and the Adreno 430 GPU. 3GB of RAM is inside along with 32GB of expandable memory.
The Sharp AQUOS Xx has a 13MP rear-facing camera while the 2MP front-fading camera is found under the screen because of the borderless display. A bone conducting technology replaces the earphone speaker because of the same reason. The 3000mAh battery keeps the lights on and the device supports 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and NFC connectivity. Weighing in at 8.7mm thick, the AQUOS Xx replaces the Sharp AQUOS Crystal X.
