Seemingly official Huawei MateS renders leaked again, several color options in tow
Earlier today, a seemingly official teaser regarding one of Huawei's upcoming devices - the MateS - leaked in full glory, along with the device itself. Rumor has it that it might feature a display with Force Touch, but we will have to wait until IFA 2015 kicks off and Huawei announces the phone. Until then we can only bask in the leaks that are circulating around, and guess what, we have some new ones in store.
A couple of seemingly official renders of the Huawei MateS got posted by Evan Blass, more popular by his @evleaks alias, and show us the different color options that the phablet will probably be available in. These are black, white, and copper. There might also be a silver version, but we are more inclined to believe that the backs of the three different versions will all be the same silver color, while the fronts will differ.
As far as the specs of the MateS are concerned, we are most likely dealing with a 5.7-inch display, probably a Kirin 935 chipset, as well as 3GB of RAM aboard. There's also some hush about a 20MP rear and a 8MP selfie shooter; there also seems to be a fingerprint scanner on the rear. We guess we'll know more once the phone becomes official, which can be very, very soon!
In case you've missed all the news, Huawei is pinpointed as one of the manufacturers that Google is partnering up for one of its 2015 Nexus devices.
