Samsung Star II S5260 brings forth few new features over its predecessor
Almost everywhere you turn, there is no denying the fact that smartphones have seemingly taken all control in the mobile community, but despite its onslaught of late, we'll still find an occasional feature phone every now and then.
And that's exactly what's going on as the first images of the Samsung Star II S5260 have been leaked showing off its pristine exterior. It's in fact going to be the second generation Star branded touchscreen phone after the S5230 – which happened to sell quite well at 30 million units worldwide.
On the surface, it appears as though that the Samsung Star II S5260 sports a slightly new design and offers Wi-Fi on board, however, it's nothing in particular too drastic in specs over its predecessor. It'll feature a 3” touchscreen display, 3.2-megapixel camera, microSD card slot, and will have Samsung's usual TouchWiz user interface.
Furthermore, reports indicate the handset arriving in the Netherlands some time around February for the price of only €125 ($162). However, it'll more than likely be launched elsewhere in other markets around the world on or about the same time period.
