Samsung Gear S3 frontier and classic get new update that adds a new feature
Both Samsung smartwatches powered by Tizen, Gear S3 frontier and classic are getting a new update that brings one new feature and another improvement. The update seems to be rolling out slowly to all units all over the world, so if it didn't show up on your smartwatch give it some time.
Alternatively, you could launch the Samsung Gear app, select Update Gear Software, and choose Download Updates Manually. Still, it's no guarantee that you'll be able to get it before you receive the notification.
In any case, the most important thing about the update is that it brings a new gesture that allows Gear S3 smartwatch users to answer incoming calls by rotating the bezel. There's no setting or toggle where you can enable this feature, it works by default after you apply the update.
Simply rotate the bezel of the smartwatch clockwise a couple of times and you should be able to answer an incoming call. Additionally, the update contains a “visual accessibility feature improvement” whatever that means.

This is a very small update that doesn't change the version of the OS, so your smartwatch should remain on Tizen 3.0.0.2 after applying the update.
