Samsung Galaxy S5 to get Android 4.4.3 this month, next month for Samsung Galaxy S4
With stock Android devices like the Nexus models, and the Google Play edition phones already updated to Android 4.4.3, it is time for the newest build of Android to be let loose on unlocked handsets. According to a leaked document, the SM-G900H, an unlocked version of the Samsung Galaxy S5, is expected to receive Android 4.4.3 later this month. The model is compatible with some U.S., Canadian and Latin American carriers.
Another version of the Samsung Galaxy S5 receiving Android 4.4.3 this month, is the SM-G900F, the international unlocked model of Sammy's current flagship handset. Since carriers test the updates before pushing them out to their subscribers, if you bought your Galaxy S5 from the wireless operator you pay each month, don't expect to see Android 4.4.3 on your phone for some time.
On the other hand, if you own the unlocked international LTE enabled version of the Samsung Galaxy S4 (GT-i9506), your update will be making its way to you next month. The leaked document reveals that the Android 4.4.3 build is in final testing for this device.
Thanks for the tip!

Android 4.4.3 is a minor update and Samsung Galaxy S5 and Samsung Galaxy S4 users will probably have to settle for bug fixes and performance updates.
