Samsung Galaxy S Blaze Q gets a new name?
Recently, a leaked document showing how T-Mobile stores should arrange some displays, tipped a launch of the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze Q for August 15th. The device is said to have a dual-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor under the hood, 1GB of RAM, a 720p HD display, a side-sliding QWERTY keyboard, front and rear shooters and Android 4.0.4 installed out of the box.
August 15th came and went without the launch of the device, but that doesn't mean that there was nothing new about the model! According to TmoNews, the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze Q has been changed to the Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G. We're not sure about you, but we were getting tired of manufacturers just adding a "Q" to the name of an older device just to signify the presence of a side sliding QWERTY. We saw that with the T-Mobile myTouch Q model produced by LG and similarly with the recent T-Mobile myTouch Q 2 device manufactured by Huawei. And don't forget the upcoming Motorola PHOTON Q 4G LTElaunching via Sprint on August 19th.
As for the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze Q Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G, we are still awaiting the official introduction and a launch date for the newly renamed unit.
