Samsung Galaxy On5 (2016) shipped to India for testing, R&D
Just a few days ago we told you that the Samsung Galaxy On7 (2016) had appeared on the GFXBench website. The budget priced handset has a sibling in the Samsung Galaxy On5 (2016), which has been shipped into India for testing and some R&D. The model number is SM-G5700 (last year's Galaxy On5 is SM-G5500), and the phone is the subject of a pair of recent listings on India's import and export site Zauba.

A listing dated June 23rd shows the Galaxy On5 (2016) getting imported into India for testing. The screen was revealed as being 5-inches in size, and three units were imported at an average price of 10,310 Indian Rupees. That is the equivalent of $151.38 USD. The next day, another 11 units of the SM-G5700 arrived for R&D and evaluation. These models have a higher average value of $253 USD. While interesting, the valuation of handsets listed on Zauba is not a valid predictor of retail pricing.

Information including pricing, availability and a more detailed list of specs for the Galaxy On5 (2016) has yet to be released. Stay tuned!
