"Official" Samsung Galaxy Note 9 cases already available for pre-order, might hint at the phone's colors
Samsung will not announce its upcoming Galaxy Note 9 smartphone before August 9, so there's still over one month before we get to see the new device in all its official glory. Even so, if, for some reason, you want to order a protective case for the Galaxy Note 9 before getting the phone, you can already do so.

Retailer MobileFun currently has no less than five allegedly official Samsung Galaxy Note 9 cases that can be pre-ordered for prices between $25.99 and $55.99. The cases and their exact prices are:

  • Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Clear View Standing Case ($49.99)
  • Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Leather View Cover Case ($49.99)
  • Samsung Galaxy Note 9 LED View Cover Case ($55.99)
  • Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Protective Stand Cover Case ($38.99)
  • Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Silicone Cover Case ($24.99)

Unfortunately, at this moment, there are no photos to show these case. However, judging by their names, almost all seem to be more or less similar to the official cases that are available for the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy Note 8 - like the Clear View Standing Case, aka S View Flip Cover (pictured above). Only the Galaxy Note 9 Leather View Cover Case appears to be a brand new model.

Not long ago, we heard that the Galaxy Note 9 might have five color variants: blue, brown, black, lavender, and grey. Some of the cases listed by MobileFun come in these exact colors to match the phone, so we could, indeed, see the Note 9 in said nuances.

While we can't be 100% sure of the accuracy of the case names, prices, and colors mentioned above, in the past, MobileFun has been reliable when it comes to accessories made for unreleased Galaxy phones.

Cases aside, the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 should not look too different from the Note 8, at least when viewed from the front. On the back, though, the new smartphone reportedly has a redesigned main camera. You can find out more about what's expected from Samsung's next big thing by reading our Galaxy Note 9 rumor review
