Affordable Samsung Galaxy J8 now available in the US (warranty included), works on AT&T and T-Mobile
Released earlier this year in some international markets, the Galaxy J8 is Samsung's best-looking J-series smartphone to date. This is why you may want to know that the handset can now be purchased in the US with warranty, despite not being officially released here.
B&H, a respected US retailer, is offering its own 1-year limited warranty with the Samsung Galaxy J8. The phone - an unlocked Latin American variant - is priced at $279.99 and works on T-Mobile and AT&T, but not on CDMA carriers like Verizon and Sprint.
Running Android 8 Oreo out of the box, the Samsung Galaxy J8 sports a pretty large 6-inch Super AMOLED display with 720 x 1480 pixels and relatively thin bezels. The handset is powered by a decent octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor, and the variant available through B&H has 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of expandable storage space. Other notable features include a dual rear camera (16 MP + 5 MP), fingerprint scanner, dual SIM support, and a 3500 mAh battery.
Since the inferior Galaxy J7 (2018) is officially sold by Samsung for $249, the larger and better-looking Samsung Galaxy J8 is worth considering at $279. You can find the phone at B&H via the source links below.
