New Samsung Galaxy Buds images reveal charging case, specs details
It's true that these aren't the first Samsung Galaxy Buds we've seen in the wild, but they're definitely the clearest. The earphones are expected to be unveiled on February 20 alongside the Galaxy S10, and word is that the Galaxy Buds will be offered for free to customers who pre-order Samsung's new flagships in some regions.
The new pictures obtained by SamMobile show the charging case and the full design of the Galaxy Buds. The images are accompanied by some details regarding the earphones' technical specifications such as the fact that they come with a smaller 58mAh battery than the IconX (2018) earphones that have a much larger 82mAh battery.
The same goes for the charging case, which features a 252mAh battery. On the bright side, the case features wireless charging support. Also, the Galaxy Buds feature IPx2 water resistance, Bluetooth 5.0 support, and 8GB storage.
Obviously, we expect the Galaxy Buds will go on sale around the same time the Galaxy S10 hits the market, but no information about pricing is available for the moment. Even so, there's a high chance that Samsung's earphones won't be priced below $200.
