Samsung Galaxy A8+ (2018) shows up in hands-on video, leaves nothing to the imagination
One of the phones that we've already talked about quite a few times, the Galaxy A8+ (2018) has just appeared in a hands-on video. Despite the fact that Samsung hasn't yet announced the middle-class handset, the Galaxy A8+ (2018) stars in a 3-minute video that shows the phone from all sides.
As expected, the Galaxy A8+ (2018) sports a 6-inch Super AMOLED full HD (2220 x 1080 pixels) Infinity Display. There's a single 16-megapixel camera on the back side with f/1.7 aperture and OIS (optical image stabilization), while in the front there's a dual-camera comprising of 16MP and 8MP snappers.
Apparently, the phone will be available for purchase in many countries by the end of December for a whopping price of $600. We're not sure about the accuracy of these details (price and release date), so take it with a grain of salt for now.
At the core of the phone, Samsung added 2.2GHz octa-core Exynos 7885 processor, 6GB RAM, and 64GB of expandable memory (up to 256GB). The phone is powered by a 3,500 mAh battery with fast charging and features IP68 certification for water and dust resistance. Finally, a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor is included as well.
