Samsung Corby II S3850 is spotted briefly on Samsung's web site
When you sell several million units of a particular phone, in all likeliness we’ll see some sort of successor being announced to continue the hot streak. And that’s what it looks like we’ll be seeing after the Samsung Corby II S3850 was recently spotted on Samsung’s web site.
Obviously, there is always going to be a market for feature phones since they don’t require the high premium pricing found with most smartphones. And when we’re seeing more and more entry-level smartphones encroaching the market once held dominant by feature phones, there’s no denying we’ll see the Corby II priced super aggressively when it's released.
For a second go around, the Samsung Corby II S3850 will feature only the most basic items – like a QVGA touchscreen display. Meanwhile, it’ll be running Samsung’s tried and true TouchWiz interface. Aside from those two specifics, there is barely anything else more solid regarding details for now.
