Fring has launched fringOut, a service for S60 flavored Nokia devices that allows you to call anyone, anywhere for as low as 1 cent per minute. As we said, the service is currently available for Nokia phones running S60. The good news is that versions for the iPhone and Android devices soon will get the green light.
