Gmail's Inbox app is a bonafide hit. The app helps sort out the emails you receive on a daily basis and allows you to set your own reminders. Need to pick up a friend at the airport? Have a doctor's appointment you can't miss? Inbox will make sure that you are reminded about important events in a timely manner (assuming that you set the reminder, of course).
Inbox bundles your mail together under certain categories, and allows the important messages to stand out. And with the "Assists" feature, if there is a certain store, office, or even restaurant where you need to be at a certain time, Inbox will make sure you know the address and the closing time for the store or eatery. And in some cases, you will receive a map with directions to your destination.
Gmail has offered the app by invitation only. But there are quite a few out there who have yet to receive their invite. So today, from 6pm to 7pm EST, anyone who requests an invite to Inbox, and sends it to Inbox@google.com, will receive their invite by 8pm!
Don't blow this chance to get your invitation to Inbox. Set an alarm on your phone and make sure you get your invitation request today. The app is available for both Android and iOS devices.
Ask for your invitation to Inbox by 7pm EST and receive it by 8pm
UPDATE: We sent an email request to Google for the Inbox invitation, a little bit after 6pm EST. The invitres were supposed to be sent out by 8pm EST. It is now 90 minutes after that deadline, and so far we have not received it. How about you? Anyone of our readers request an invitration from Google for the new Inbox app?
