Renders surface showing off the design of the upcoming Vivo X9 and X9 Plus
Last week, we told you that the Vivo X9 will be unveiled on November 17th. Today, a pair of renders have surfaced, showing off the design of both the X9 and the X9 Plus. The two handsets have dual front-facing cameras that are rumored to weigh in at 20MP and 8MP. Both of these snappers will employ Sony IMX sensors. Previously rumored and leaked specs include the use of the recently unveiled Snapdragon 653 SoC under the hood. That means that the handset will carry an octa-core CPU, the Adreno 510 GPU and support for dual-camera setups. We also should see 4GB/6GB of RAM inside, along with 64GB of native storage.
The renders show that both models will come with an oblong home button that most likely has a fingerprint scanner embedded inside it. A USB-Type C port is included, and from the renders we can see that both devices will be thin with slim side bezels.
At this point, we don't have any information pertaining to the size or resolution of the display. Nor do we know what build of Android is pre-installed. There still is plenty of time before the 17th comes around for this information to leak, so keep checking in for the latest rumored or leaked information about these two high-end phones. Don't forget to check out the renders, which can be found by clicking on the slideshow below.
