RIM tweets that it will announce new BlackBerry 7 OS devices on Tuesday
Tomorrow is going to be an exciting day for fans of the BlackBerry platform. A tweet came out from RIM on Monday saying that the Canadian based manufacturer will be announcing details on Tuesday about some new BlackBerry devices that run RIM's new BlackBerry 7 OS. With any luck, some of RIM 's most eagerly awaited models in years will be given launch dates.
Some of the models that could be announced tomorrow include the BlackBerry Bold 9900/9930, RIM's new flagship model and the handset that is being counted on to get BlackBerry back in the game. Other possible handsets that could be introduced are the RIM BlackBerry Bold Bellagio 9790, a sequel to the Bold 9780, and the BlackBerry Torch 2 which is basically the same Torch model pumped up with much improved specs.
Some of you BlackBerry fans might find it hard to get to sleep tonight, knowing that some of those new 'Berry models that you have patiently been waiting for might become a big step closer to reality tomorrow.
