RIM coming out with something big for MWC?
When you look at all the current line of BlackBerry handsets, there is a striking resemblance among all of them – their design is almost similar to one another while the current OS has been the staple of the platform since RIM remodeled it for the Bold 9000. Some may say that it's starting to look a bit stale over at RIM's camp with each device they announce. Sure they have full touchscreen phones like the BlackBerry Storm2 or even the slight departure that the Magnum exudes with its hybrid portrait QWERTY touchscreen design, but they still don't have anything unique to separate them from one another dramatically – just about anyone can spot a BlackBerry handset without having to look at one up close. Brightpoint, one of RIM's global distributors, has hinted through its Twitter account to a possible big announcement from the veteran smartphone maker during MWC. No information what it is in regards to specifically, but let's cross our fingers and hope it truly will redefine RIM's smartphone legacy once again.
