The Windows Phone 8 flavored Nokia Lumia 920 will offer plenty of color options when launched. The choices include red, black, white, grey, yellow, and cyan. One color not on the list is pink. But that doesn't mean that the Finnish based handset manufacturer won't release a pink version of the phone in the future. In fact, a video produced by Nokia for the Open Song Product shows off a pink variant of the Nokia Lumia 920. The project is a collaboration between Nokia and Danish Spleen United Electro rock orchestra, giving visitors to the web site the opportunity to create a song using 16 sounds found at the site. Is the Nokia Lumia 920 pretty in pink?
Getting back to the phone, you can clearly see the pink Nokia Lumia 920 being waved around and we wonder why Nokia held back from releasing the color in the first place. Samsung did that back in September when it released a pink version of the Samsung Galaxy S III months after the phone was originally launched.
Will Nokia make pink an official color for the phone? It would seem that six color options for the Nokia Lumia 920 would be enough but perhaps the color will be rolled out later in an effort to attract more female buyers for the phone. The phone was launched in Europe this weekend. At AT&T, where the phone is an exclusive in the states, speculation is that the device will be released November 11th pact.riced at $149.99 with a signed two-year contract.
