Pixel 9 series leaks once again with live images showing off several rumored specs
Google I/O is only a day away, but that doesn't mean that the leaks have to stop. Following last month's leak of a real live image of a Pixel 9 Pro, now an even larger leak is available from the same source showing the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 XL from different angles and compared in size to other devices.
The leaked images of the upcoming Google Pixel 9 series were provided to the site Rozetked by an anonymous source. The leak, just as the previous one, suggests a significant design overhaul for the Pixel line, with a flat back panel, flat screen, and completely flat side edges, differentiating it from the rounded edges of previous models.

Perhaps the most notable change is the redesigned camera unit. Unlike the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro, where the camera unit extended from edge to edge, the new design features a more contained camera module. The Pro versions will also reportedly sport a matte back with glossy frames, while the Pixel 9 will have a glossy back and matte frames.
The Pixel 9 will reportedly feature 12 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, while the Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL will both come with 16 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Screen sizes are expected to be 6.24 inches for the Pixel 9, 6.34 inches for the Pixel 9 Pro, and 6.73 inches for the Pixel 9 XL. It's worth noting that despite having identical dimensions to the Pixel 9 Pro, the Pixel 9 will have larger bezels. All three models are rumored to feature 120Hz AMOLED displays.
As for cameras, the Pixel 9 is expected to have 0.5x and 1x lenses, while the Pixel 9 Pro and 9 Pro XL will reportedly have 0.5x, 1x, and 5x lenses, all with 50 MP sensors. All three phones are anticipated to be powered by the Google Tensor G4 chip, although this name is also unconfirmed. The Pixel 9 Pro and 9 Pro XL is also rumored to include UWB (Ultra Wideband) technology, a feature that is not expected on the Pixel 9.
While this leak provides a promising glimpse into what Google may have in store for the Pixel 9 series, it's important to remember that these details are unconfirmed and subject to change. We'll have to wait for an official announcement from Google to know for sure, hopefully during the Google I/O conference taking place tomorrow.

While the names of the XL and Fold models are not yet confirmed, the source has revealed details about the configurations of the first three.
