The Pantech Magnus, tipped to be heading to AT&T
What have we here? Why, it's another smartphone powered by the dual-core Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon S4 processor. This time it's the
Pantech Magnus aka the P9090, scheduled to touch down at AT&T. The device is equipped with a 720p display of some size and an 8MP camera on back with an LED flash. A front-facing camera comes in handy for self portraits and video chats and at the minimum, Android 4.0 will be installed out of the box. We say at the minimum because by the time the phone is released, Android 4.1 could be ready for the masses. The Pantech Magnus will offer 4G LTE connectivity.
All we have at the moment on this model is the picture that you see before you, which means information like pricing and availability are unknown. Heck, AT&T hasn't even made an announcement to introduce this model. One thing we do note is that little bump on the back cover of the device which does bare some resemblance to the HTC Droid Incredible series over at Verizon.
