Pebble Time Round launches on November 8

If you like the Time Round, Pebble's latest smartwatch that was announced in September, you should know that you'll be able to buy it starting November 8 in the US. The smartwatch will be available in retail stores at Best Buy and Target, as well as online via Amazon, Best Buy, Target, and Pebble's own website. Of course, you can already pre-order the device right now, for prices starting at $249.99.

Pebble presents the Time Round as the thinnest smartwatch to date, and has the numbers to prove it: the device is 7.5 mm thin, and weighs just 28 grams. As its name suggests, the new Pebble watch sports a round screen - an always on, e-paper display with LED backlight. The device is splash-resistant, featuring a stainless steel chassis, activity tracker, access to Pebble's appstore, and battery life up to 2 days.

You can get the Pebble Time Round with 14mm bands, or 20mm bands. The smartwatch is compatible with Android devices running 4.3 or later, and with iPhones running iOS 8 or later (starting from the iPhone 4S).
