With a short list of handsets that currently are supported for Verizon's FiOS DVR Manager app, Palm webOS users are the latest to be granted access to it. Both Windows Mobile and Android users have been enjoying the flexibility of what the app has to offer, but the version for webOS includes an eclectic mix of features that will make any user fall in love quickly with the convenience factor it provides. Not only can you control the DVR box away from home and on the go, but you can even set parental controls and view the VOD listings. For those who want to get situated with the app, it is currently available as a free download through the App Catalog. Now that webOS is a go with the app, it'd be nice to see additional handsets on other platforms also get in with this.
