Giveaways are always fun and exciting – especially when you get a choice between which prize you want to get. If you're a Facebook user, then you should know that Palm will be giving away either a Palm Pre or Pixi to one winner. Rewind back to a couple months ago, Palm gave a Pre to the winner of their “I Want a New Palm Pre!” giveaway by leaving a comment and a reason why you needed a Pre. This new giveaway though only requires you to comment on which phone you'd like to win on Palm's Facebook page. The deadline will be October 14 when one randomly selected commenter will win their WebOS device. Now here's the catch for the winner – if you choose the Pixi as your prize, you'll have to wait until it becomes publicly available before you receive it. Another lucky 20 winners will receive a copy of O'Reilly's Palm Pre: The Missing Manual.
