Opera Mini 5.1 improves browsing & targets phones with limited memory
When it comes to web browsing, Opera Mini does a fine job in catering to a host of mobile operating platforms while equally providing a similar experience that doesn't detract from their repertoire. That's where Opera Mini 5.1 comes into mind as it's the latest version that's specifically targeting phones with limited storage capacity – while at the same time, improves the overall browsing experience. That's naturally what one would expect with each update that's released, but this one actually optimizes the browser skin to allow more pages to be open simultaneously and an improved rapid scrolling to make it look smoother. Owners of Nokia S40 feature phones should especially be glad to see thing one coming because free memory is constantly an issue for those types of phones. Additionally, handsets with smaller displays should also benefit a lot with this latest version – such as the Sony Ericsson K550i and W810i. However, it's not necessarily imperative for smartphones or high-end device owners to install this version, but then again, it won't hurt not to do it. You can download the update by simply pointing your phone's browser to m.opera.com.
