OnePlus Switch update brings support for backing up app data and office files

The standalone OnePlus Switch app, which allows users to make switching to a new OnePlus smartphone easier and smoother, has just received a major update that brings some much-needed features.

By far the most important is the option to back up your application data, as well as download and office files. Even if the option might only be available on OnePlus smartphones, since it comes pre-installed on these specific devices, the option to back up app data is still quite important.

Aside from this feature, the latest OnePlus Switch update also adds a new “system stability improvement program,” which will allow developers to further improve the app.

Also, the update should optimize the app's UI for an even better user experience. Finally, the update is supposed to fix the transfer data repeat problem. If you don't own a OnePlus smartphone, but want to switch to one, you can download OnePlus Switch from the Google Play Store.
