Here's when the OnePlus 7T Pro will reportedly be announced
The OnePlus 7 Pro

OnePlus has been releasing T-branded smartphones annually since 2016 and reports suggest this year will be no different. The 2019 device, which will succeed the OnePlus 7 Pro, should be marketed as the OnePlus 7T Pro and we now know when it could be announced.

Tipster Max J. who is best known for his Samsung leaks believes the OnePlus 7T Pro will make its debut on Tuesday, October 15th. The date lines up perfectly with the usual Q4 introduction timeframe but it is slightly sooner than expected – last year, OnePlus waited an extra twelve days before announcing the 6T – and it’ll also represent the earliest ever announcement for a T-branded model. For reference, OnePlus typically announces its new flagships in late October or mid-November.

In terms of what the flagship will offer, rumors suggest it could arrive powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 Plus paired with a minimum of 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage but, as per usual, separate variants with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage are to be expected. Physically, leaked photos point towards a design that won't differ too much from the OnePlus 7 Pro. The T-branded variant is expected to retain the large 6.7-inch Fluid AMOLED display complete with its 90Hz refresh rate and the pop-up camera system. The triple-sensor layout on the rear should be present too, although certain upgrades will likely be made.

Completing the OnePlus 7T Pro’s setup should be Android 10 Q straight out of the box alongside the latest version of Oxygen OS. A battery capacity of at least 4,000mAh is to be expected too.
