Last month, we showed you a roadmap for Sprint that included a Windows Phone flavored handset from Samsung. The Samsung ATIV S Neo was listed on the road map as launching on August 16th. Meanwhile, as if to confirm that a launch of the device is near, the Korean OEM published a list of the phone's specs on its U.S. web site.
The Samsung ATIV S Neo will feature a 4.77 inch LCD screen with a resolution of 720 x 1280. The rest of the specs posted by Samsung include a dual-core 1.4GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and16GB of native storage. Originally, it was believed that the device would come with only 8GB of storage, but Samsung has listed a higher amount. A 64GB capacity microSD slot is available and the back and front facing cameras weigh in at 8MP and 1.9MP respectively. A 2000mAh battery keeps the power on.
One report has the phone being offered at $150 starting this Friday after a $50 mail-in rebate, and a signed two-year contract. If you're a Sprint customer looking for a new Windows Phone model, you might have something to shop for as soon as the end of this week.
