Nokia will release three thin touchscreen phones this fall?
A rumor has it that the Nokia will delve deeper into the touchscreen game by releasing three thin handsets this fall, using Immersion’s VibeTonz technology, licensed by Nokia in 2007. It should improve touchscreen typing through direct feedback to the user’s fingertips.
According to another rumor, the manufacturer is about to release a 4.2-inch touchscreen device with a thin slide-out keyboard sometime in the next twelve months. It seems that this will be Nokia’s next Internet tablet. And that’s not all. Next year, we may also see the so called first Nautilus phone – a very slim touchscreen handset with an ultrathin QWERTY keyboard, the keys of which would rise when it slides out.
All this sounds really cool, but we’d rather prefer coming across some official stuff.
